I just tried the workout for the first time and it’s been phenomenal, my knees feel amazing and my hips feel open. I’ve had surgery on my right knee and it put me back in terms of my training but I’m looking forward to continue with the workouts given in this book.

I wish I read this book in 1999. I’ve suffered to long woth patella tendinitis resulting in full rupture of patella tenden and Achilles’ tendon. Please read and practice this book.
