Q: Again, what is the actual size of medium, large or xl? product description says 50x60 for all three.

The dims are in the product description when you change sizes, not in the listing title :) Medium 40” x 30” large 60” x 50” and XL 60” x 50”

Q: I have a leather couch I want to cover. Will it just slip off?

I put this on a leather chair for our dog. She's a 55 pound hound. it di slip and slide a bit with her until we tucked it down between the cushion and the arms and back and that seemed to hold it in place just fine.

That is the only size I have ever seen.

It's not see through. One side is sherpa and the other side is a soft velour material. A very nice blanket. My dog loves it.
