A Perfect Life: A Novel

My MIL loves this author. Her books are kind of predictable, but fun. Great little romance.

Great book

This is an older book of DS which I had not read. She did not disappoint. The characters became life-like and I felt their emotions. It was filled with twists and turns but as Ms. Steel does so well, it became the “happily ever after” that we wait for. Thanks once again DS. You always take me on a journey!

Over the years I have read a number of novels by Danielle Steele. She is a master of her craft, style, and genre. I have often enjoyed her stories and even now, many Steele novels later, Steele's writing keeps me reading. This novel is no different. For the most part, it follows Steele's tried and true formula. But the characters have depth, and I found myself caring about what happened to them. In this novel, as in so many others, Steele invites us into real human lives and experiences and carries us to places of hope. Perhaps her endings are not always realistic, but they are pleasing and this particular one is encouraging. This is a good weekend or beach read to carry the reader away for a few hours.

I could not put this book down. The characters are so amazing and the writing great. This story shows how honesty and integrity can overcome differences and lead to an ever lasting love. Very highly recommend.

I really enjoyed 'A Perfect life". Even if the characters are all a little too perfect, this book is Danielle Steele doing what she does best and giving the reader an escape from reality. The main character Blaise is a famous news broadcaster who suddenly finds herself dealing with her blind, diabetic daughter and her daughter's new good looking caregiver....so you can guess the plot already. While everything about this book is 'too perfect' and not believable, it is a fun read for the beach or backyard pool.

I felt I was every part of this story of love, heartbreak, but most importantly family. I loved it. Danielle, my favorite author, never lets me down.

For a used book it look just like new.

Danielle Steel tem o peder de prender, surpreender e agradar o leitor que escolhe seus livros. Já li uns 20 ou mais e nem sei qual foi o melhor. Adorei o livro e já recomendei a todos meus amigos

le fait que c'est cousu de fil blanc. Toutefois la magie Steel est toujours présente.Ne pas s'attendre à un grand roman mais on reste croché et on y retourne volontiers.Je l'ai terminé très rapidement et j'ai passé un excellent moment avec Blaise, Simon et Salima.
