My knees and ankles had been hurting for several months, since I started exercising again. It was extremely difficult to stand up and walk. After about a week of taking the Joint Support I could feel a huge difference. The soreness and stiffness are almost completely gone. I am walking like a normal person again!

I have knee and hip pain and when I take my joint support daily, I do not notice the pain but if I forget to take it for a couple days, the pain is back. It is a noticeable difference when I forget to take my supplements!

My knees had begun to become very noisy when climbing stairs or doing anything at the gym, to the point that I was not wanting to trust my body to push myself while working out. A few days after starting the supplement I noticed my whole body has begun to feel more at ease and less exhausted at the end of day. My knees are much quieter and I feel stronger and more confident when I am working out.

So far so good! I am taking this along with the Multi-Collagen which also has MSM,Glucosamine HCL, & Chondroitin Sulfate. Both products agree with me and I could not be happier!! This is a new product for me still trying it out

My husband has osteoarthritis, had a knee surgery and a torn shoulder tendon. After only a few weeks of taking Alaya Joint Support he is moving with more ease and with less pain. He is able to play tennis again! We are very happy with the product.
