Joan Rivers Beauty Great Hair Day Fill-in Powder Hair Care Root Cover Up for Thinning Hair - White

I'm in my 60's and my hair has been thinning since my 40's. With this product it looks like I have hair because you can no longer see my scalp.

I've used this product for a very long time and it's still the very best product on the market. Years ago, when I stopped dying my hair, my hair was white but my roots were dark gray and my scalp was pink! (Not a pretty picture) so I initially used the salt and pepper (gray) shade. Then as my hair (and roots) became lighter, I combined the white shade with the salt and pepper shade and it was perfect. Now I use just the white and as another reviewer noted, this is much better than using baby powder to cover ones' scalp...which dries your hair and doesn't stay on your scalpWhile it might seem pricey, Great Hair Day Fill lasts a long, long time, it stays until you shampoo your hair, and it's easy to apply.Lastly, I do know people that buy 2 shades and blend the colors.....

I use this product to fill in my hairline. It’s a little too white, but I still like it. It’s easy to apply and thickens the hair after it’s applied, which is what I need. The price is good and the product lasts a long time. The vendor delivered on time. Will buy from them again.

Have used this product for years, and have purchased for others as well. The best on the market. Pricey, but worth the quality. This powder stays put, and will not run with a reasonable amount of moisture (say light rain). I have slept with it on occasion, and it hasn't come off on my pillow. I do use it on the top of my head and not the back or sides, so this may make a difference. I use the dark shade, but have purchased the salt & pepper and white for other family members with excellent results.

My order for Joan Rivers Great Hair Day in white just arrived. I have tired it and I love it already! My husband validated my excitement over the positive results that I saw with a big smile and a "yup, it works..you look great!" My pink scalp blended right in with the soft white and my white hair.. I didn't even have to use too much. I listened to other reviewers who made valuable suggestions as to the right color etc. Thank-you to all who have shared their experiences. This product really works to cover and thereby accentuate the hair you have while also making bare scalp match your hair instead of shining through pink. My white hair thinned as a medication side effect. Most sprays are colored to cover roots that are growing out; this powder comes in white as well, which is what I needed. The powder takes time to apply but stays on well, even for a second day. Container does get powder all over it, but I just keep it in a sandwich bag. Container is small but goes a long way. Just what I needed.

Just a wonderful product all the way around. I have very white hair and the pink scalp drives me crazy.I ordered two of these as I never want to run out. The pink scalp no longer shows and it really makes your hair look thicker.Just dab it on with the brush, you get the hang of it right away. A little goes along ways.I did have to figure out how to open. Just press on the left side facing up and the top opens right up.:)The company should have instructions on how to open as you really do have a time trying to figure out :(This is great for men and super for us ladies.
