DonJoy Lateral J Patella Knee Support Brace with Hinge: Neoprene, Right Leg, Large

I ordered this brace for my 18 year old daughter. She suffered a traumatic bone bruise almost a year ago. Her doctor recommended this exact brace for her. Luckily it was in stock. I ordered on Monday afternoon, and was taking it to her at school Thursday morning. This brace has helped to keep her knee cap in place while giving her the stability she needs. She was terrified that it was going to be bulky, but to her delight, it's a very slim design, and extremely comfortable. I had looked for this brace at other sites. The cheapest I found was listed for $164, and they didn't even have any in stock.

The knee brace is a lot thinner than expected. Compared to the older ones, it's not as good. It does keep the pain away though.

Ordered large for my little skinny legs thinking might be too big nope too small R. brace. So we ordered XL and now too big... cannot get our money back for either one... I tried to cancel the second after seeing they would not exchange the first... Now I can't use either one because their sizing was wrong and why cdn't the second one be cancelled before arriving... Not happy with company and certainly my PT is not happy with this either...Please advise. both are brand new and have not been worn!!!Tom Kroll...

It gives good support and stays in place. I wore it till my pain went a way, only a day or two and took it off. My doc says you lose muscle tone and did not like back braces for more than temporary use. I have degenerative arthritis in my knee below a hip transplant with leg shank as they had to cut the knob off the femur..

The front strap ripped and began falling apart after about 4 weeks of wearing it everyday

Just what the doctor ordered, except much cheaper than going to a medical supply store.

I didn’t like this at all. I ordered the one I wear. This was a mistake.
