Great extension cable for the price. Makes it so much easier than splicing in an extension to make the original one that comes with the reverse camera work. In my case I'm using it for a trailer that of course doesn't have any constant power at the rear since the only power is for lights. Now I can pull off the connections from my truck reverse camera and plug this in just like I do with the regular trailer lights harness. Works perfectly.

Reasonably good quality, worked well. I was looking for cable with a heaver outer sheathing but this was adequate.

This makes installing a backup cam much easier.Before installation make not of the fact that the power cord has different adapters on each end. Match the correct one to your backup cam and then feed it to the front. I then cut off the from adapter and tied it into the reverse signal (I need to do this any way to auto switch to the backup cam on the Pioneer unit).In the past I had to tie into the reverse signal in both the back (to power the camera) and the front (to trigger the Pioneer backup source).Note: Powering the backup cam from reverse power means that it is rarely powered, so it should last a lot longer. However, this also means that you cannot switch to the backup cam on the freeway to write down the license plate of the tailgater behind you.

There really isn't much to say. The cable works just fine for a backup camera installation on my truck. Given it's a long bed, crew cab, dually truck I needed more AV/power cable than what came with the camera itself. This cable has worked out just fine. For grins, I tried the camera with its original cable and this one but could not see a difference on the display I am using. It is working out just fine. Since the connections on one end are exposed to the weather, I covered them with silicone sealant to ensure it would last.

Perfect size for my needs, fit the full length of a full sized, extended 15 passenger van, with a couple feet to spare. No visible signal degradation either, and it's nice only having to tuck one wire through and around everything to get from the dash to the tailgate.

prises vidéo standards . Male femelle 12V standard . Se raccorde dont très bien avec les coupleurs fem/fem RCA vendus sur le sîte .
