I installed these on my brand new 2017 Triumph Bonneville, and then with exactly 699 km on the odometer, my bike died on the highway. This happened at night, with little shoulder to pull onto. My new bike had a faulty ground wire, a manufacturing defect. No headlight, no hazard lights, no motor, no nothing.The ONLY thing that worked on my bike were these lights, and they were the only thing that kept me visible that night on the highway while I waited on the tow truck. Thousands of miles later they still work, and I ride in all weather conditions, including heavy rain.There's also nearly zero drain on the battery. I accidentally left them on all night once, and the next day my bike fired up just as quick. VERY happy to have accidentally found that out.These lights are bright, easy to install, and low/no maintenance. I'll buy this product again or something similar from the same company.One more awesome testimonial: I’ve ridden in heavy rains, once when it was pouring so hard it felt like I was riding underwater. These lights worked fine before, during, and after.Other pros:- you can choose from multiple colors to suit your mood- the set comes with two remotes- DEAD EASY to installCons: none? This has been the best product I’ve bought so far on Amazon, and I’ve bought it twice for two bikes.Verdict: not only would I buy this again, I might buy more to put on my current bike with the existing set. Just a great, low-maintenance product.

This product works amazing and is brighter than any other LED kit on the market, even some in the hundreds of dollars range. The colors are on point and I would definitely buy it again and do recomend other to buy.

Edit: 11/26/2018:While I still love these kits, there are some things to mention as I've used multiple on 3 bikes over the past few years now.The major thing to note is the wires leading into the connectors, they tend to fail over time, espcially in areas where hte wires move. I found this to be a problem when putting an LED strip under my front headlight on my Honda 919. If you keep them in places without movement it shouldn't be a problem, but for those who want the most out of these lights, take these steps:- Use dielectric grease for all connectors, this will keep moisture and dirt out leaving you with a longer life.- reinforce the wires going into each snap connector. Epoxy or hot glue work just fine here, otherwise the wires break off and lights may change colors or go out completely.I purchased these LEDs for a 2015 Ninja 300 motorcycle and it is not only plenty bright but the adhesive holds up very well. I found all wires and connectors to work straight out of the box, installation was quite simple and the colors are very bright as well as even between all strips which is what you get for the higher priced packs such as this kit.I also like the dual remotes, one small one for the key chain that does simple color changes, on/off, and brightness. For more advanced features you get the flat style remote typical for most LED strips. Plenty of color options with the RGBW LEDs on the strip as well as music activated, flashing, and other animated styles.Zip ties and heat shrink worked plenty well, no issues at all with that. Remote is not line of sight so no need to have a sensor hanging out anywhere. I was able to install my main control box in the tail of a 2015 Ninja 300 motorcycle. while still having room for tools and a security system.

I have installed this kit three times on three bikes, and removed it from one bike to transfer to my new one. Removed it after a year and it was actually hard to take it off and remove the heat shrink on the connectors. Never had any problems with them over the year, aside from my seat being too far from where I wanted the switch mounted. The adhesive held very well and the connectors didn't come apart at all.My one gripe is that there are no "end pieces". All the 5.5" light strips have open ends on both sides to allow them to be run in sequence. Very nice, until you get to the end of one of the lines you want to run. I ended up having to buy the long strips from this same company because they terminate with a waterproof cap on one end, allowing for the whole line to be contained. Not the biggest problem, but something to be aware of.On the third install I also noticed that my buddy's remote will control the kit on my bike, as well as his, and I assume any other bike with this kit on it. It would be nice to see each one operate on its own frequency. Though maybe we just got "lucky" with what channels ours works on. Also not a real "problem", just a minor inconvenience.Lastly, with these being RGB LEDs it should be possible for the colors to be any color of the rainbow, but you are stuck with the 12 colors on the remote and white. Allowing us more freedom on the remote would be really cool, or through an app of some kind.The remote also has strobe, fade, and brightness settings. The rate of each can be adjusted between what seems like 10 or so speed settings, so a lot of options with it. I haven't used the key fob remote, as I don't want to ding up my tank with it, so it sits in the box the lights came with.The kit also comes with all the connectors, extensions, shrink tube, and zip ties you will ever need. The second one I bought seemed to have less shrink tube in it, so maybe they are giving less now, but it was enough to finish the job, with a few mess ups that had to be removed. The first kit I bought had enough to do the whole job twice with some to spare.All in all, I would recommend this kit to anyone that wants to light up their bike for whatever reason. The little extra this kit costs is 110% worth it for the quality you get.

Have only had them on my bike for a month and 2 led strips have failed already without using them very much. Don't waste your money

Arrived in good time and very well packaged. All pieces are working and each led every bright. Easy to set up even though instructions are minimal. The main remote control does not work and I even changed the battery for a new one and still unresponsive. The key for one works well but limited features. Dimmer, power on and off, change colour.
