I was looking to order a beard brush to help me keep my frizzy beard in check, and to help distribute the beard oil I apply. This brush fit the bill, very well. I have large hands, I can palm a basketball, so this fits very nicely at the end of my fingers, and I can easily keep a grip and work with it, without feeling like I am "pinching" something, rather than "holding" something.Maybe it is due to my "stiff" badger hair shave brush, and the military style brush I have (basically a larger version of this brush) yet the firmness of the bristles I would put at medium, not firm. Being this is my first beard brush, this might be firm, by those standards.I still very much like the brush, it works well in my beard, and as already mentioned, helps me somewhat tame my frizz. The wood of the handle is very light, and the lacquer applied makes it almost feel a bit "plastic", this is fine with me, as this brush is in my travel bag, as I travel for a living.I will most likely order another one in the future, once i have a bit more time with this one, so I can keep one at my home as well.

Having a beard for less than six months I figured it would be time to start grooming this beast. Although I don’t have much to compare it to, I can give you these impressions (1) stiff, but not too stiff. I feel like if it were any softer it probably wouldn’t be as effective. If any more stiff, it would be painful. Worked immediately to soften and groom the stragglers (2) perfect size for the face and fits a variety of angles (3) very comforting when itching starts to flare up. (4) price point is great. When looking locally at these types of brushes they were easily 2x the price. Overall very satisfied with this product and great price point.

This beard brush is perfect ... After reading some other reviews on how hard-stiff the bristles were and some were saying how it was more of a med -hard i decided to give it a try and i am soooo glad i did , it's perfect balance of a Med- hard , Firm yet soft enough not to scratch while pulling through my 2" beard . i had ordered a more expensive hard -stiff brush and i really like it but this one feels amazing and just as nice ...Now i have a very stiff and a Med stiff first cut boar hair brushes . Nice indented handle groves in the sides for easy gripping and i like the size of the brush and bristles ....The bristles are not flimsy at all yet they will bend to the contour of your face when needed . This brush will be my GO TO daily beard and mustache brush because of how firm yet soft it is . Love it !

I bought this for my son who wanted to grow a better beard. His beard was scraggly, but is beginning to fill in. He is using the beard products to help grow more facial hair, and he said the brush ‘feels and smells so manly. It separates the beard hair and creates a more even appearance’. I too love the smell and feel of the natural bristles in hair brushes.

This brush works, so that is good! However, once you receive it, you realize it is obviously not a top of the line brush. It has a good feel in the hand, it looks good, it works pretty well. It is much smaller than expected, but that is fine and my mistake for not paying attention to the size in description. Also, the size doesn't matter, it works. My biggest issue is that the bristles are not as stiff as the top quality brushes my barber uses. They are stiffer than the cheap stuff, and they work, but not as good as more expensive ones. Overall, for the price, it is great and I am pleased. But it is not the brush that you will have for the rest of your life.

As I let my beard grow out longer, the hair really started to dry out. This beard brush has an ergonomic design, being the perfect size to fit my hand with indentations on the handle which allow for a better grip. The bristles feel great on my face and evenly distribute oil through my beard down to the skin level. My beard is much softer and healthier looking, with a well groomed appearance. This small family owned company has communicated the status of my order from start to finish, and offered a full refund if I was not satisfied. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a well made beard brush!

This brush has gotten off to a great start for my husband!! He exclaims that it feels great on his short beard and face and easily gets down to the skin level.This brush is also unique from others he has seen in that it has indentations on the side for a better grip! It feels good and secure in his hand as he uses it. It has a good ergonomic design.The company has been very proactive in sending follow-up emails to be sure he is satisfied and he is very satisfied!

Just received this today and love it. High quality boar brush. Convenient size. I ordered another one today so I can keep one at home and one in my vehicle. Recommend this brush highly!
