One year warranty and getting replacement parts
Says that they offer one year warranty only have product for about 2 months now and the sprocket is gone on it and the crankshaft case is cracked.

Excellent customer service
The customer service is awesome. There were major issues with DHL they constantlyKept misplacing the order. they send it back to the seller. what should have been four weeks. turned into almost four months. I was not disappointed with the saw. it is a good quality saw only time will tell if it was worth the wait.
