Great Two Tone Kilt
This is a great Kilt for everyday wear. The cargo pockets are cavernous and hold my large trucker style wallet with ease. The hip straps are made of a rather thin fabric but so far they are doing their job. The kilt is well made with tight stitching and heavier fabric similar to a pair of dress slacks, it is built like a nice pair of slack. The material is soft on the inside. The belt loops are very wide and could easily handle a 3" (80mm) belt.I would note that the black on the front apron has the faintest green tinge to it, Not distracting at all but it is there. The grey however is a neutral grey to my eyes - no colorAs far as durability goes it seems pretty solid, if it does need repair I think it would be worth the effort or expense. The grey material will wrinkle, but it is easy to press out the creases in 5 minutes with a steam iron (yes, I already did it once ;-)About size: I ordered a 44 and got a kilt that is 44 inches wide from the center of the outer snap to the center of the inner snap. So measure where you want it to ride.

Great Product, just the wrong fit
The material feels strong and sturdy, which is what you want in a utility kilt. I measured for sizing and thought I needed the 36. It was just at little too big, but fit my boyfriend pretty well, so it didn't work out for me, but made an excellent impromptu gift. Good product, but I needed a size smaller.

Snaps were very weak with one coming unfastened almost entirely on it's own
Kilt I ordered seemed like it was maybe 1" more than the selected size of 44". The main issue I'm having is the snaps are not good at staying together with one snap that comes off with little pressure at all. If I may suggest an improvement for the kilts with the pair of adjustable buckles : move the buckle side of the two buckles another pleat towards the back. Otherwise a fairly good garment. Made of a The same material I often find dress slacks made of. Quality seems pretty good. I will have to see if I can make my desired alterations myself at a tailor or seamstress.

Always get 1 size bigger than needed, for insurance reasons.
So, it fits a bit snug, but that's on me for misjudging myself. The material is great, find nicely and worth the money. And shipped 2 days early!

Looks good, but way small.
This looks amazing, feels like quality made...but runs WAY small. Unfortunately, I am not able to use it.

Excellent Quality & Well Made for the Price!
Kilt is well made, comfortable and easy to wear! I did order a 2-1/4” wide belt because a regular belt that fits jeans was not wide enough. I go commando wearing shorts, pants and jeans but would suggest wearing boxers while sporting a kilt. I’ve already ordered another khaki kilt from DS Kilts. I did measure with a tailors tape and originally bought a 48” kilt. I had to return it and get a 46” kilt but I believe it’s because my garments fit below my belly. Just an FYI: all my jeans are 40”waist by 38”inseam.

Buttons
The media could not be loaded. Buttons do not click in place, aside from one of the side "pockets"... and not just my belly popping them open lol, they literally don't click in place. One of the buttons has a hole through the exposed "top" part, I assume from the riveter going all the way through.Overall, I love the look and material, but the buttons make it unwearable.

Great Kilt for the price
Is a great fit at the belly and because its adjustable came in very handy when you want to get a little more comfortable and put it at the waist. The material it's made of is similar to Jean's its tough it's great I love it and the pockets is what makes this kilt the best. So much storage.
