This is a thick foam, very comfortable, mat.

Love this mat! It's comfy thick and light, love using it for my daily workouts!Comes with a bag, I find it a little difficult to get it back in the bag, but I use the mat so often I don't put it in the bag that much honestly.

Ideal for Pilates but not floor work section of an aerobic class as the mat can feel a bit slippery.
