I have 6 different speed ropes from various makers and this one is my favorite. It is simple and easy to adjust for length. The swivels in the handles work well and the rope is just the right weight and stiffness for me. The handles are hollow and light, so you mostly feel the weight of the thin, but solid rope. It is great for all tricks and is fast enough for any multiple-unders you can manage. Wire ropes are faster but not as flexible and versatile as this rope. You can probably hit double-unders more easily with a wire rope, but other tricks will be awkward. The handles are slick plastic, so I put grip tape on them to keep from losing them. The handles are short (about hand-size) so tricks will feel different than they would with long handles.

I bought this rope from Dick's Sporting Goods and I liked it a lot. I bought an extra one from Amazon b cause they were sold out at Dick's. When the rope was delivered from Amazon, it was missing the "set screw" on one side of the rope. The set screw allows you to easily cut and adjust the rope to the right length. The instructions on the back even talk about the set screw. I used the set screw on the rope I bought from Dick's. So I knew it was definitely missing. I requested a return label and a replacement rope. It took over 4 weeks to get the new rope - even though I'm a Prime member (and it was a Prime product) and even though I returned the defective one within a couple days. The replacement rope I received also did not have the set screw. So, again I was sent a defective rope. I contacted Rage directly just to make sure I wasn't missing something. The Rage rep confirmed that the rope was missing the set screw on one side. So, I ended up ordering a new rope directly from Rage instead of going through Amazon. It's a great rope, but it's been a headache and disappointment that I was sent two defective ropes and it's taken over two months to actually get a correct rope.

Love this rope! I've tried every speed rope and this is my favorite. It's my second one. I rope on concrete a lot so after about 3 years the bottom is down to about the width of a toothpick and I'm afraid for it to break and have to buy a crappy one. It's light, won't mame you like wire ropes do. Got here really fast too!

I use this daily. I did have one break, but it was after hundreds of uses. For the price, you can't beat it. I always keep two in my gym bag. I read that someone was struggling with double unders; I've never had a problem with it using this rope. Light, fast, and smooth.

I bought this rope at a sporting good store and let me tell you it great. Really high quality but ended up breaking up within 3 or 4 month but a really good bang for your buck.

Price is good, however the handle broke on my third use of the rope. I was just doing simple singles, when landed on the rope and snap.

I really like this rope... Got it from Dicks and its nice and light for a fast pace... Keeps you in good rythem and you can really make it fly when you want.
