Velcro style pad that sticks to sherhold buffer. Work excellent. Pricey but you can wash with water hose and reuse.

I wax two vehicles three times per year. One pad usually lasts a whole year or more.

These are well made and stay mounted as they should. Eventually the outer part of the pad compresses where it extends beyond the machine disc, and won't apply pressure evenly with the rest of the pad, so then it's time to change out. I've been near the end of a job and went to the second of two pads in the pack, finished up, washed out the pad, and thought I dried it all the way. Over the winter some mold got going in the foam, and crawled throughout the storage bag for the polisher, even though it all was in dry storage. All I can figure is that the pad wasn't really dry after all, and the polishing compound was some kind of media for the mold to develop. Beware.

Follow the steps and tips from the Shurhold website and you'll get a beautiful finish. This is my first time using a polisher to help protect my bmw e30 and can't be happier with the results. I wish I started doing this years ago.

Use these on my Harbor Freight dual action polisher. Fits perfectly without modification and stays on and does not tear apart like the ones sold at HF. When finished I wash out with a mild detergent and place aside to dry before storing. After polishing a boat, large suv and a passenger car I am still on the first pad.

When using the Shurhold Dual Action Buffer this is the polish pad you want. It works great and can be washed out and used many times. I recommend you have a second one in case you get this one dirty in the middle of a polish job. It attaches to the polisher by velcro pad on back. Amazon always seems to have the best price and you don't have to leave home to purchase it.

Polish pad works well. A bit pricey for the amount of uses. Be careful not to allow buffer head to spin, when polish pad attached, unless compressed on item you're buffing. Pad will breakdown/tear in a hurry when free spinning. I find the polish pad will hold up much longer if you allow the buffer head to slow, after turning off, before moving head away from surface you're waxing/buffing. I found out it is a good idea to have a spare two pack, on hand, if you're going to wax a car or boat.

Expensive but worth it. I previously used cheap pads on a cheap car buffer to polish the hull of my boat. I would go through a lot of pads as they quickly gum up and eventually spread more dirt than they clean. This Shurhold buffer can be used on an entire side of a 33' boat without gumming up or soiling the surface. It's not the cheapest option out there, but it does the job.
