If, like me, you really love pistachios, but have grown tired of dealing with unshelling them, and you like to buy in bulk, this is for you. It may seem expensive, but the per-ounce price can't be beat.These are completely unsalted, which is great for people trying to reduce sodium intake.The individual packages are a plus and a minus for me. They feel wasteful from an environmental perspective. But they no certainly make it easier to handle and to keep fresh.

These pistachios are a part of the the mix of raw organic seeds and nuts that I eat daily for a healthy snack. Although they are not as flavorful as roasted pistachios, they are healthier, so I'll be sticking with them as long as they are available and the best buy for a manageable quantity.

They are much healthier I think than roasted, and every bit as tasty.

I agree with others that these nuts are soft and rather blah. So then i soaked some in a jar with water overnight. Suddenly, they taste crunchy and delicious! Plus the enzymes are now released from the soaking. I always sprinkle a bit of sea salt on them, and voila!! Try it. You won't regret it. Super healthy this way.

I was so looking forward to these nuts, but they were soft and seemed stale to me. I’ll stick to the ones at Costco!

Organic Spanish pistachios are healthy & tastey yet soft like they are a bit stale. Best mixed with other healthy nuts & dried fruits. Some skins on. Price for volume is very high. Photo was misleading regarding size & quantity. Good product but too expensive.

I've been ordering these for a year, have had MANY shipments of them, and I really love them. The taste is really great (unless you've never moved away from the more common salty overloaded type).For nutrition, these are perfect.

The best raw pistachios - tasty, clean and no salt added. Just wish they could keep them in stock!

I was looking for another brand because all the ones sold in grocery stores have many that taste aweful.These are much better quality but I'm guessing not roasted at all as they are soft with mild flavour.

I highly recommend Elan brand of RAW pistachios. Unsalted, and soft as they should be. This softness allows for slivering the pistachio for the topping of various recipes.

These are great for the new pistachio cream and are always fresh

Love Versace was one of my favorite nuts and I do really like this brand quick delivery as well
