Expensive but high quality
Good quality, easily replacement shame its a tad pricey!,

Strangely not as good as the original brushes
I honestly don't know what is different about this brush. It's a genuine Neato brush but it made a lot more noise (a loud rattle) than the original and lasted only a month compared with the previous brush which lasted at least 4 months.Maybe it wasn't as well made, maybe it was faulty. Anyway, it wasn't a 5 star product.

Neato brush replacement is good to have.
I like to have the original equipment replacement when the one that came with the vacuum wears out over time. Using the robotic vacuum very frequently does cause consumable parts to wear out, so I was glad to be able to purchase this one. I is made the same as the original. The fit was perfect and it operated just like the original.

Better than the standard spiral brush.
I you have a Neato that came with the spiral brush (such as the D3, D4, or D5) then upgrade to this combo brush. I picks up more and is better with carpets. It's a little louder though makes a significant difference in cleaning. In addition, less hair gets tangled with the combo brush when compared to the spiral brush which makes cleaning the brush a breeze

Dopo 14 mesi in cui il D5 ha fatto pulizie ogni giorno ho cambiato spazzola.Originale e,anche se di forma diversa, si adatta perfettamente. dopo una mezz'oretta spariti dei rumoretti ed è rumoroso esattamente a quello precedente. Più che soddisfatto
