I'm 5'4'' and about 120 lbs. I ordered a medium and they fit well enough. These are traditional muay thai shorts meaning you wear them high up on your waist line. Personally, I always prefer to fold the band of my shorts down so they sit lower on my hip but the band is stiff so it was not comfortable with these shorts.The material in general was a bit stiffer and constricting compared to other brands of muay thai shorts I have had. However, for the price and the design they make for a good pair of training shorts especially if you're still in the early stages of training.

These shorts look amazing! As a woman with some curves I would order a size up, they fit good around the waist but are a little snug around the thighs.

Make sure to order 1-2 sizes larger than your normal daily pant size
