Edited: The company responded and is going to refund the price difference to us.The first one we got was defective and the sensor did not work. We attempted to contact the company but could not find any way to contact Gimili despite there being a box to click to contact them on their website. The box to contact them took me back to amazon home page. My husband ordered a replacement faucet (the same one) on his account but it was $35.00 more than the one I returned on my account. So we had to suck up the extra $35.00. I realize we should have done the return and re-purchase on the same account but there is no way to let amazon know that this happened. I did explain it in the return page box but have not heard anything back from them to see if we could be refunded the additional money we had to pay. Otherwise, the faucet looks nice and the replacement one worked but we will see how long it lasts.

The faucet is nice and heavy. It just feels like a nice solid faucet. Unlike most that you find at the big box stores. At the 1 year mark, the electric eye came loose and disappeared into the main body of the faucet, leaving it uselesss for a bit. This happened on a Sunday morning. Contacted them mid day Sunday through Amazon. Got a response asking for a picture at about 4:30PM. Sent them a picture, and by 7:30 that same Sunday night, they responded and said a new faucet was on the way, as well as giving me quick options to bypass the electronics (NO, you don't just disconnect it), so I could use the faucet. It's in my basement kitchen, so I didn't bother with that. Tuesday morning, before 10AM, my faucet was sitting outside my garage door! Man, I figured that I'd be lucky to get it by the weekend, but in just a day and a half, and starting on a Sunday is pretty fantastic. I highly recommend!!

This faucet looks very elegant and seems like it’s going to hold up very well. It seems very heavy duty and commercial like. I love the touchless feature. My wife loves it. Definitely worth the cost compared to others out there.

It’s a great faucet , but when my cat jumps into the kitchen window, her paw sets the motion alarm, and I walk into the room often with the water running

I was very happy with the purchase . I bought the combination of black and gold , matching the color description .Very easy to in install. Good quality .No trouble with the hose to pull . Sensor works perfectly as described .The main thing is customer service . They have a prompt response , and they guide based on ur need .The price is great compare to other for the quality .

Installation took about 15 minutes and has been running smooth and consistent for 3 months.

Looks very nice and can’t beat the price! I love how I don’t have to touch the faucet to open it with my dirty hands I can just swing them over and the water turns on. Another bonus kids tug at it less giving the faucet more life

This faucet was easy to install, and works great in our new kitchen!
