FastCap Zero Clearance Tape, 5 Strips, 2" x 16", Made in USA

Used to replace the a broken mitre saw tray and also allow for zero clearance to be added. The fact you get five of these is perfect for people like me who screw up the first use. Really good adhesive on the tape and once afixed it remains in place sturdy enough to almost replace the need for a zero clearance insert although be aware of the limitations it’s not as sturdy as an insert.

Great product need to be careful when making the first cut because I was a little to aggressive and chipped the edge.

No instructions, however if you don’t do following tape will be ruined.Clean area for fixing, remove backing from very sticky pad.. carefully put in place, then….PUT A BIT OF WOOD ON TOP !!! THEN CUTIf you don’t then there is nothing supporting the tape and there is a good chance it will tear or at the very least fray

A very quick and easy way to fit a zero clearance strip to a mitre saw.

The clearance tape is fantastic quality, very thick and the adhesive is very very good.I have installed it yesterday but today I need to ensure the blade is true because I’ve also changed the blade to a fine wood blade because 99.9% that what I use it for , so then I’ll make the slit in it This will give me a more cleaner cut and knowing exactly t where the made cut is. It will also stop debris falling into the CM slot .Great quality , great price and wish I’d done it a long time ago.The strip in the packet are large , I had to cut to size so there is still a lot left on the strip, I think you get 5 per packet .Great value. The colour is yellow , impressed really
