the quality is good. the gold plating is nice. i ordered 3 of these. 2 are great. 1 im having problems with the plastic joint staying inserted inside the ring. I contacted seller an they said they would send me out replacement inserts to make it right. I have not got them yet but we will see. I love the quality of the ring towel rack. its really pretty. those little plastic cup inserts do break but they said they would send me out 6 since I bought 3 ring towel racks free of charge. we will see if they come. the cup inserts dont cost much for a whole bag of them. the center is not suppose to be open is why I call it a cup insert. heres pics of it. thanks for the towel ring racks. I will update once I get cup inserts.

The pattern matches well with my other fixtures - even though it was not the same brand. I had a challenge that the placement was not on a flat surface (slightly curved) - but had no issues installing it. Overall, looks nice, works well and fairly easy to install.

The base plate does not fit for mounting. The shape of the base plate does not allow the set screw to bite which explains why some reviews say it fell off after a few days. Because the mounting base plate is wider then the base it’s just not possible to get the teeth behind the base plate and tension on with the set screw. It’s a really poor design and I wish I noticed this before I mounted two base plates and put 4 anchor holes in my freshly redone bathroom wall

The metal mounting bracket that came with this product HAS to be installed "backwards" (flip it over) in order to keep the towel ring from sliding off. Once my husband and I figured that out, we had no other issues with the install--but that was a pretty major flaw in the install directions! That being said, it looks great and functions very well. Happy with this purchase.

I ordered these to match the antique gold faucet we ordered from Amazon and they match very well. Great buy compared to Delta and looks just a nice. I didn't want to spend so much on them because if I get tired of the antique gold, I won't mind replacing them like I would if I ordered the more expensive ones. They are perfect.

I recently bought a 24" Leyden towel bar and was so impressed with it that I just had to get the matching towel ring.Just like its cousin, the towel ring is heavy, beautiful, and looks far more expensive than it cost.I haven't installed it yet, and will re-read a previous reviewer who gives a hint on the best way to install (see "bad instructions, good product" from reviewer SH.)I highly recommend this beautiful towel ring.

This is an attractive towel ring that was fairly easy to install. It matches my other antique brass bathroom hardware perfectly. My only complaint is that the ring is slightly bent out of shape - or perhaps it's a manufacturing flaw. I didn't notice it until after it was installed, so I'll live with it rather than going through the hassle of returning it. The defect is not all that noticeable, but I had to deduct one star.

There is a key component to the engineering of this product that is overlooked. Any one with basic knowledge of physics would see that the product will no assemble as designed. Which is a shame because I liked the appearance of it.

A little on the pricey sideInstallation was tricky and it isn't perfectly against the wall.Finish is good, however there are subtle differences to the "matching" toilet paper holder.
