I ordered 60 of these for a memorial service and sadly the post office lost the first order.I contacted the seller and they quickly remade the order and had them priority mail sent to me in time for the memorial.The quality was great and i'd order again.

For what it is - a custom sticker on a tea bag - worth the price. Tea wasn’t too bad. Super fast shipping. Would buy again.

Had I known it be just a sticker, I would’ve saved money and made my own. They will work for my gag gift but wasn’t too impressed.

I placed my order... when order arrived they had their advertisement on the bottom of the tea bags. Why if your paying $1 per tea bag??? I was honest with them and noticed a typo on my end sending them the logo and also informed them that I didnt want their advertisement on the bottom. They basically told me that they would send me stickers to put over the old stickers. At first I was ok with that.... but then I realized that it would look very unprofessional to place a sticker on top of another sticker and that I would have to do this by myself to 60 tea bags. They told me that if i didnt want to do that, than I would basically have to place a new order all over again which would result in paying another $60 for 60 tea bags without their advertisement. I just tried their tea, and their tea was stale. I went to go for a full return as this entire experience put a bad taste in my mouth literally as well as in ethics. They are now refusing to refund my order stating that they do not refund groceries. So in no way, shape or form did they try to help me or resolve this mishap, nor was the product even worth $1 a tea bag. The quality of the print was just OK. Absolutely horrible customer service and I will never recommend them to ANYONE as they are unprofessional and do not care about customer satisfaction. I will be filing an additional complaint with Amazon. Shame on them. They took my $60 and ran with it. Certain Small Businesses I support, but this one? I beg to differ. No way.

I ordered these for my book launch party (the book takes place in England, so tea!) and they were a huge hit! I ordered 60 more. The customer service was stellar. I reached out to the seller with a question before I ordered and they got back to me immediately. If you don’t want their website on the bottom of the sachet, just put in the Order Notes to leave it off. Great product!
