Q: I'm 5 feet 8 inches tall, long truck, and 43/36/43 inch measurements. What size should I buy?

This blouse is made out of poly stretch velvet, hence, it does have a good stretch. I'm 5' 7" Tall and weight about 143lb. I'm a 36/31/41 and also have a long torso ... I took a size 2XL which is 2 sizes larger then my usual M/L. The blouse fits me without it having to stretch and hugs nicely ... For me, the shoulders could have been 1" smaller but it doesn't affect how it looks and fit. I suspect a size 3XL would have been way way tooo big and a 1XL would have been wearable but very very snug. Based on your measurements, I would recommend a 4XL knowing that the fabric will stretch and hopefully give you a nice silhouette. If you prefer a looser fit then 5XL. Reminder: Not all the blouses will be cut and sewn exactly to the provided measurements.

Q: What are the washing instructions? Should it be hand washed?

I just put it in the washing machine, cold water, regular laundry detergent and normal cycle. Dried in dryer with regular fabric softener. No change in shape, color, or sheen. Too busy to do handwashing.
