CARBURETOR FOR YAMAHA BIG BEAR 350 YFM 350 YFM350 ATV QUAD 1999 4x4 FHL FWBL NEW

I installed this product one 1998 350 Big bear. I removed the old carb and installed this one. After install the Engine would startup and idle fine. The instant you press the throttle, the engine would die. I adjusted the air fuel mixture, nothing changed. I also noticed gas leaking from the overflow. I dropped the bowl and noticed the float pin was only in onside. I installed the pin correctly and tried again, same result. Throttle up and engine dies. I removed carb again, dropped bowl and checked jets, seemed fine. Installed again, same result.I bought an Ultrasonic cleaner from Harbour Freight, dissembled original carb, dropped in and ran through three cleaning cycles after flipping a few time. Removed blew out with air compressor. Reassembled, used gaskets from 39.00 Zoom Zoom non functional carb installed on Big bear. Started and runs perfect. Zoom zoom Carb, not assembled correctly. Unable to get the zoom zoom carb to work correctly after hours of wasted time, install, remove, check, re-install, same result. Believe internal problem with Zoom Zoom carb, vacuum issue.Recommend ordering a rebuild kit instead of Zoom Zoom carburetor.

I got the carburetor and couldn’t get it fine tuned so I emailed the contract they gave me and they got right back to me and gave me something to try it didn’t work so they sent me a new one and it arrived two days later and worked great. Their customer service is second to none.

I removed the old worn out carb, replaced the fuel line, installed the new supplied fuel filter and installed the new carb in 30 minutes. pulled the choke and hit the starter, I could immediately tell the difference!! My 99 Yamaha big bear has way more power and runs smooth, great product and great customer service!!

Great product! I purchased this carburetor for my 1999 yamaha big bear 350 4x4 and it's perfect!I put it on and it fired right up, I had no idea how bad my carburetor was until I purchased this one now it idles perfectly and it has twice the power it had before.Thank You for such a great product!SencerlyRodney Slone

I incorrectly ordered this carburetor for a1997 Big Bear. Returned it and received a refund.

Part came to me damaged, choke lever was bent .No packing around the choke lever, box looked like it was crushed.

This fit just like the original. Haven’t gotten it set completely yet
