It is more than I thought it was. Lots of resistance it came with four bands, and I purchased two more bands. Plenty enough resistance to shake the body.

Great resistance and multiple workouts can be performed

bought this for my husband, busted 2 bands (he was using 2 bands each side) on the 2nd days after getting it. Maybe the bands were defective, not sure, but its a great equipment to use if you don't like going to he gym. I don't know if i can ask for a replacement for those busted bands. But check first the bands after you get it, because i didn't. Good piece of equipment to use for exercise.

I bought this from Redge fitness website for Father’s Day. After 2 weeks and the item not shipping, reaching out to them multiple times and not hearing back, I had decided to order on Amazon instead and deal with them later.The item shipped quickly from Amazon, I gave to my husband yesterday for Father’s Day, and LITERALLY on the second rep of him trying this out , the bands snapped. Fast forward to today, he decided to try the other set of bands… maybe the first set was defective. On his first rep, the bands snapped.I heard back from Redge Fit regarding my first order, and even though my item hasn’t shipped, they refuse to cancel the order and want me to go through their return process. Garbage company. Garbage product. Wish I could leave zero stars.

The bar comes in 2 pieces that snap together with button connectors. After a few weeks of light use, the connection isn’t tight. The bar bends a decent bit. It doesn’t really affect it’s performance, just concerned it will get worse.

Very easy to assemble. Offers many exercises. Can't wait to use it daily!

This product is awesome. Works great. I wish you could find more video workouts. But the product itself it super durable. I’m 5’4” and my husband is 6’4” and we both can use it. I wish there were marks on the straps when adjusting them between workouts, but that’s super minor. I love the easy of putting this product together and it’s a great addition to change up my workout routine.

The travel bag was missing

This helped me build back my strength withvarious excercise all in the space of my room. Easy to assemble.

I put 10 workouts through this contraption and two bands snapped simultaneously. The hook from one band hit my thumb extremely hard and now it's black and blue. Had to go to the ER to make sure it wasn't broken or fractured. Do yourself a favour and find your self a good quality set of bands even if it costs more money. After all it is your health!
