I’m on a subscribe and save rotation with this product, and I love it! BUT every other time it’s delivered, one or more bottle caps are loose, the bottles are not properly sealed, and I’ve lost enough detergent to wash several loads of clothes. That’s unacceptable!! Please wrap the tops of the bottles before they are shipped. It’s an easy fix!

This stuff works great. I love that there are very few ingredients and no dyes or fragrances. All the clothes come out clean.

Great natural, unscented, very concentrated laundry detergent! Can’t find this great deal on Magnolia Lily scent, my fav on Amazon So have to go to the big store

I am over the moon about this laundry detergent! No need for fabric softener, little detergent needed and leaves clothes feeling soft and clean while non toxic. Highly recommend!

This stuff works great and lasts quite a while. Mind you, we're a family of 5 with 3 rambunctious kids and a dog. At a minimum, I average a load a day and this has lasted nearly 6 months for us. The only problem is Amazon and their poor shipping and packaging practices. I just received my S&S shipment and it was beat up and leaking. So I requested a replacement. Received the replacement, which was also beat up in transit via Amazon, and found it was packaged even less than the first one and also leaked. Amazon wouldn't even give me the option for a replacement on this one. Great product, but find a better retailer. My 1-star downgrade is solely due to the near 100% chance of poor shipping and packaging by Amazon.

I saw the reviews stating a major issue is the product leaking however I figured I'd give it a chance. NOPE never again!!! Cap literally doesn't screw on completely. So much product is lost (level is down the handle at delivery) and the clean-up wastes so much water. It's not worth buying thru Amazon. Ecos fix your product, please or offer it cheaper to account for product loss.

Ran out of laundry detergent, so I was happy to see my delivery on the front porch. Received box within a larger box. I was hoping for the best, but again the tops of the laundry detergent were not secure, and there was leakage found and a large amount of sticky laundry detergent on the outside of the containers and box. This being concentrated laundry detergent, wasn’t an easy cleanup. Ordering online was just a matter of convenience. But it’s not a convenient return to lug such large containers back in a heavy box. Please take an in-depth look into this problem, please. This is not the first time this has happened. I am stuck with the loss but keeping detergent, this time.

I tried multiple soaps after being diagnosed with dozens of allergies- to scents, dyes & thickeners. This soap caused no reactions at all.
