This is by far the best rub for ribs that I have found
This is by far the best rub for ribs that I have found. Not only does it give it great flavor it gives it that nice competition color. I wish I could get this locally in Austin. I actually watched the competition where this rub won out. That prompted me to try it. The only issue is that it has pretty much doubled in price. 6.2 oz sold for $6.00 with shipping it totaled $8.75 and that was in March of 2014 so the prime shipping isn't a deal what so ever. Flavor and color this rub is 5 stars but the unexplained jump in price brings it down for me, my issue is with the pricing so i will leave it at five stars.

Sweet with some heat
I do BBQ competitions and this is one of my go-to spices. It's sweet with a little heat. I'll also grind it in a coffee maker and use it as a finishing rub.
