The pastels are very cute but it’s not shimmery as shown, and I had to purchase a secondary decoration to do the job

Perfect! The sticky portion held better than I thought it would! We did still have to use some tape on one of them after it had been up for 5-6 hours, but with most of these they are falling down right away so I say that’s a win! They looked so pretty!
