eye catching bright.
I do a lot of offroad driving and I was constantly replacing taillight bulbs because the filaments break. I bought a pair of LED light bulbs which solved the problem of broken light bulbs and they lasted several years, but they weren't very bright in day light and also couldn't be seen from the sides. I finally broke down and spent the money to order these real LED tail lights and they are amazing. The tail light has 30 or so individual LED lights evenly spaced and they work great, they also show to the sides. The parking lights are brighter than the stop lights on my old LED bulbs, let alone the parking lights on my old LED bulbs. The stop lights/flashers are almost obnoxiously bright. The entire lens lights up in a blazing red that can't be missed. I almost feel sorry for the person behind me at a traffic light, but at least they can see now when I am stopping. And the price on Amazon was $50 to $150 lower than other websites. Plus I got it in 2 days. The brightness/quality of the light output is fantastic, and the taillight fit perfectly, but the wiring connection wasn't so easy. This is supposed to be an OEM replacement for 94-01 Ram trucks, but this LED taillight has a plug in connector with 4 wires and my truck's light socket is hard wired (no plugs/connectors) and has only 3 wires. I received no instructions or anything with the lights, just the lights in a box, so I had to figure out how to connect them on my own. The ANZO website shows a brochure for plug in connection installations, which again my truck doesn't have. My truck's taillight socket wires were labeled "Major" (brake/flash), "Minor" (parking light), and "Ground", so I at least knew which wires to connect to on my truck, but I had no idea which of the 4 wires did what on the ANZO taillight. I spliced a wire into each of the 3 wires on the left side of my truck and did a little quick testing trial and error to determine which wires on the new taillight did what. I then had to splice these wires into the wires on the new taillight. It all worked out and wasn't that difficult if you are familiar with basic wiring, but you will need a few feet of wire and 12 wire connectors of your choice (6 on each side). I don't know if there is some sort of wiring kit you can buy to adapt your truck wiring to have a plug in connector, but you can just splice the wires together. It still would have been nice to have such a kit included, or at the least some instructions. I can imagine someone without any knowledge of basic wiring messing up their wiring system.Overall, I am very happy with these taillights even with the extra wiring hassle.

very satisfied
Installation was easy. Open the tailgate, unscrew the two Torx screws and then pull out the old tail lamp assembly. Twist out the two bulb holders. Remove the multiple element bulb from its socket. Twist the back-up light bulb holder with its bulb into the hole in the new led lamp assembly. Plug the connector from the new led tail lamp into the slot where you removed the bulb and twist it into its hole. Remove the plastic cover from the mounting tape of the "little black box" and stick it up high to the bed brace through the tail light opening. Guide in the two ribbed studs and press into place. Line up and screw in the torx screws. Should take about 10 minutes per light. They are bright and sharp! Just a little expensive, but worth it...

Before you buy
First want to say this product is easy for anyone to do. What they don’t tell you is you need to replace your flasher fuse to work with the new led taillights. If you don’t get this fuse you will be stuck with hyper flashing. If your okay with that then your job is done, if not buy a led flasher fuse.

Same quality if not better than OEM
Same quality if not better than OEM. Nice bright light. Clean look to them. Very easy to install. You will need to change your flasher to make them blink correctly. Once you you do that you can discard the attached loads. Only reason not 5 stars is they are pricy. For that much money you should not have to reuse your back up light bulbs, they should also be led.

Awesome look
These tail lights look great. The leds are very bright. Plugs right into the brake light socket no splicing of wires. The box has double sided tape. I just stuck it to the inside of the bed. Took less than 5 mins putting in both lights. Only thing that bothers me a little bit is the fitment to the side of the bed. It has a gap maybe some double sided tape there could fix the problem. But thats the world of aftermarket parts.

Easy to install, super bright, but fit is slightly off
Again these look awesome are bright as can be but he fit is slightly off. The bottom of the assembly sticks out from the truck and I had to fill the gap with weather stripping. If it fit better I would give 5 stars. The installed in minutes with a screwdriver.

awesome
these tail lights are awesome. they are a great upgrade from the dull stock tail lights. and they are extremely easy to install even though they didnt come with directions. but i found a quick video on you tube just to make sure i wastn missing out on anything. it took about 5 minutes to take both of my old tail lights out and put these new ones in. it took longer to find the right size torx bit... all in all great product.
