Great size, wanted small and this was perfectlength of chain great alsobut will be returning because i bought an M and it keeps flipping upside down and then it is a Wso i need one that won't flip

First of all the description says the chain is 16+2. I ordered 4 and received one 18+2 which is what I specifically did not want (they’re supposed to be close to the neck). I got these for my bridesmaids which I’m asking in 2 days and now I have to return that one and give my bridesmaids NOTHING until the correct chain comes with the last one. Thanks for ruining that for me! Change your description or give us the option to choose the chain length!

I ordered to the letter T and the letter B~~The letter B is great love it the letter T Will not in any shape or form hang up right on the chain the whole is so large that the letter hangs upside down nothing you can do about it so if you buy the T beware it’ll be upside down the hole is the entire length of the T from top to bottom no way to hang correctly sad sad sad

I bought an A & Z for my two daughters for Easter. They had been asking for initial necklace ever since I found one on sale at Macy's. the letters are nice a solid! They loved the length and it's adjustable so they can wear them lower if they want. I don't know if they will tarnish but we'll find out. If they don't then they'll get 5 stars from me!

Item arrived broken (missing the clamp to fasten the necklace) To improvise I used a safety pin to fasten however the letter is upside down! This chain looks like something in a quarter machine. It’s too hot outside to take this crap back. I just tossed it in the trash. Extremely over priced trash!!!

Very cute but the "R" flips upside down when wearing. Maybe other letters wouldn't have this issue but I don't know.

Cute sliver necklace! Very delicate & tiny. The letter "t" doesn't stay in place, it moves and flips down, that's the only dislike that I have of this necklace.

Eh. It’s pretty cheesy looking and not that dainty. The letter is pretty chunky and chrome looking. I got the letter H and it does constantly flip because the holes are too large in the letter charm. Even though it looks the same whether it flips either side, sometimes it flips only halfway and gets stuck. I’m just going to return.

I bought this as a gift and it is a cute necklace. The M does flip quite a bit so half the time it's a W, it would be better if the hole for the chain was higher so that wouldn't happen as often. She seemed pleased though and the price was reasonable.

This necklace is both cute and practical. I am so excited to wear is for an everyday look. I am hopeful that it will not change colours, will update this post if it does!
