This was exactly what I needed and wanted. After looking through hundreds of urns this was the one. I ordered the small urn for my mom, the remainder of the ashes were spread at sea as per her wishes. I had just a small portion that I wanted to remain with me. I wanted something small, beautiful, and respectful of my mom's existence. When I opened the package it was so obviously packed with care. The urn itself is looks unique and specially made. Read the little brochure: Omoide - Japanese for good memory. The urn is so beautiful, calm, and peaceful. I filled it myself from the instructions, it was pretty simple. Please use a funnel it's simpler. I held it in my hands it felt like how you feel when you take a deep breathe and breathe out, acceptance. It's perfect. Thank you for making this.

It is absolutely beautiful! I put my father’s remains in it. Everyday I light a tea candle and have a talk with him daily. I am crazy about candles so this was exactly what I was looking for. It is very elegant!

The mortuary called and stated that there were ready ashes in the product we purchased. We had to go and pick up the ashes from the mortuary due to them having an inspection. This was very hurtful, careless, and overall not right. We don't know who this is and would like yo return whoever they are. Please contact us immediately. If i could give negative stars I would.
