RAM-PRO 1Pc 72" Long Bungee Cord with Galvanized Steel Hooks – Heavy-Duty Thick Straps

Purchased one bungee. Bun gee was white and worked fine. Purchased one more... bungee was yellow and stunk like it was in a car repair garage for ten years (Heavy petroleum smell). Amazon returned my money and told me to throw it away. Recently ordered two more hoping for the best. One came from one seller and was white with no odor. Second one came from another seller and again was yellow and stunk with a heavy petroleum odor. Neither one had any tags like the first on I purchased. Getting my money back. What the hell is going on? My suggestion... too hit and miss.

There are definite issues with this bungee cord. The bungee cord that I received was not as pictured. It had exposed frayed ends that would not fit into the 2-coil hook which did not have a plastic coating to cover the tip. I absolutely disapprove of bait and switch tactics by 3rd party sellers. Given the condition and lack of workmanship in the bungee cord I have significant doubts as to its durability. I would not recommend this item.

The product itself is fine, so I gave it an average review. It is not good or bad.It is a bungee cord for a decent price, but if you are looking for elastic strands inside of the bungee cord to make face masks with, then you're out of luck with this cord. This bungee cord is made up of rubber bands strips and rubber like plastic rolled up. It is NOT elastic strips that can be used for face masks.

Got this for my recycling bin that tourists like to use as a trash bin for all their cupcake garbage. It worked great and seemed nice and sturdy....all was going great until some weirdo stole it after just a week of it being on the bin. Who steals a bungy cord off a trash bin???? I guess it's a testament to the quality. It was good enough to steal!

I am using these for outdoor use (to secure covers on outdoor furniture). I needed to order two of them and link them together - would be nice if I could buy one in a longer (12') length.

These are your ordinary thick bungees, with the only difference being that they were much longer than the usual bungee.The little rubber end tips on each hook almost immediately fell off, but the cords attached ok and stretched to 8' without much difficulty, so they worked fine for my need.

We live in very windy Oklahoma. Our new grill cover had no fasteners and decided to whip right off the day we got it. This wraps around our grill perfectly and holds it in place. It’s durable and good quality. I highly recommend this product for whatever needs you find yourself having that a bungee cord will help with.

Ok, I just got it about a week now, so I can't answer the durability, or the sturdiness questions. But, I can tell you that I bought it for my motorcycle cover. It makes sure that the cover stays on even threw the windy days. Look, for the price its a good deal and I would buy it again. Hope this helps.

This is a strong - and thick - bungee cable. Only problem with this item is that one of the plastic covers for the hooks wasn't in the package [and they are too east to remove] and it smells from what smells like a tire.

We cannot use this. The toxic smell is so bad it sticks to your fingers too.

Didn't even survive a few months outdoor! Wasting money!

Looks and works good. Using it to hold my air conditioner cover for winter

I'm using this bungee cord to hang my laundry. This is strong, doesn't sag and exactly what I need.
