Bissell20037 Pet Stain Eraser Cordless Portable Carpet Cleaner 2019 Version

It has been a great product but the battery has died after 4 years and refuses to hold any charge. I took it apart and replaced the batteries with 2 new 18650's from amazon and it's working again.. Hopefully I get another 4 years out of this as it's now $100 more ( $240 CAD ) and I purchased this for $145.

Ok so I have to say the first unit that was delivered was defective. The dirty water leaked everywhere. I was able to troubleshoot with BISSELL and they suggested I tried it again. I did and it still leaked. I was texting their support and sent pictures. They sent a replacement immediately. It was here in two days.I received it yesterday and tried it today after charging and it worked perfectly. Just as it’s supposed to. No leaking anywhere. The suction is great and made easy work of a pet accident. Make sure everything is threaded and clicked into place and you’ll have a great little unit to help when you don’t want to drag out the huge shampooer. The included solution is great on stains too. I did an area of the hallway and didn’t lose a single bar on the battery.It seems like those that are having leaking issues have a defective unit. If you get a defective product reach out to BISSELL directly, they stand behind their products and there’s a reason so many people purchase them. I’m loyal to the brand and that’s one of the many reasons. They’re very responsive via text and handled my issue right away.

Si bien se anuncia para mascotas, mi objetivo no era para lo que se anuncia.Hace su trabajo a la perfección, sin embargo no hace milagros. Limpió la tela clara muy bien, incluso quito slime verde pegado y seco; claro con varias pasadas y un cepillo. Todas las manchas eran viejas y ya estaban secas de meses. Dejó los muebles del comedor limpios; sin embargo, como digo, no hace milagros. Para las peores manchas deja una sombra (Por ejemplo, rojo de agua de Jamaica), o mugre muy, pero muy difícil.Algunos puntos en contra: el depósito de agua limpia/detergente no dura nada. Escasamente para una silla, por lo qué hay que estar rellenando frecuentemente. La succión no es muy potente.Por otro lado, al ser portátil tiene muchos usos, incluso para limpiar la tela del auto uno mismo.Por último, tomar en cuenta que al ser una unidad portátil, pesa. Se puede manejar sin problema pero en uso prolongado y seguido se termina cansando la mano.Al final, 5 estrellas, hace excelente su trabajo, pero no esperen milagros.

Will update once used but first I have to find a USA to AU power cord as the item doesn't come with one. Should state this I would have bought it somewhere else.

I had bought this as a pet stain cleaner but the first thing I had to use it for…Small dried blood stains on a tannish-white carpet, running the length of the hallway.I had stubbed my toe and wound up tracking small drops of blood across the floor. It was dark so I didn’t see it till the next day- what a mess. Those stains were definitely dry so I figured now was the time to try this thing out. I wasn’t too optimistic when it came to dried blood.Lo and behold, this thing works great! I would spray each spot with the cleansing fluid and let it sit for maybe a minute. I ran over the stain a couple times and gently scrubbed with the included brush which attached to the bottom of the vacuum. Absolutely amazing - the stains came up and no soaking carpet either.If I HAD to complain it would be that not enough cleaning fluid was included and the tank it is placed in is too small. There needs to be a bigger reservoir for the cleaning fluid.
