Literally does exactly as it says on the can - but check out which type you're actually purchasing as they're are the products for the European market & United States market. Apparently European spray is slightly cheaper bit doesn't give the same finish - Google differences for more information.

Prodotto Plastidip preferibilemente da applicare su fondi chiari per far risaltare meglio il colore giallo. Se avete un colore scuro meglio prima applicare del plastidip bianco.

Bright! But needs white base coat
You must use white plastidip first in order to get the correct coverage. The yellow alone doesn’t go on very well. But, over top of finished white, this stuff is amazing.

Spray if you can't work with goop in a can
This is more a bright lime-green safety color than an actual Yellow. Dip from a can that is Yellow, is yellow. works okay, just needs 5 or 8 sprays to build up to a rubbery consistency like the dip from a can.
