Lovely quick delivery from Amazon, arriving on Christmas eve, just in time to begin taking them during a period of terrible eating and zero exercise. On first sight, the bottle looks good, clear (so the pills inside are visible). My only complaint is that the print on the bottle is so tiny, I couldn't see any of the ingredients/contents! Not a major problem in itself though. The ingredients seem excellent quality and I'm very pleased that these are vegan, too. So far I've certainly noticed a difference in my skin and nails. My nails are much less brittle than they were before starting and feel stronger. I always know I'm feeling run down when the sides of my nails flaked or got sore. Since taking these, I haven't noticed any rough patches or flaking. My skin was really suffering with all the junk food and alcohol over December and my skin appears less dehydrated and fine lines on my forehead and cheeks are less noticeable. It's too early yet to tell for my hair but the baby hairs around my forehead are a lot less wispy and fine. I'm glad I purchased these and will re-order.

Good vitamin

Having taken these tablets for just a couple of weeks so far, it is difficult to say whether there will be an improvement in nails and skin in the longer term. Right now I can say that my skin seems to look and feel a little less dry/dehydrated than it had been of late, which may be the result of taking the supplement. I will continue to take the remainder of the bottle and update if there is any notable improvement.As far ease of swallowing, I find the pills a little on the large side and certainly need to take them one at a time! The 'flavour, however, is really pleasant!The pills seem to have a good combination and strength of vitamins and minerals beneficial to skin and hair, but having not taken this type of supplement before, I am unable to compare to other products.According to the manufacturer, they contain the following per 2 capsules:Astaxanthin 5mg, Alpha Lipoic Acid 50mg, Biotin 7mg, Copper 1mg, Grapeseed Extract 60mg, Hyaluronic Acid 20mg, Manganese 2mg, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) 100mg, Saw Palmetto 80mg, Vitamin B1 5mg, Vitamin B6 2mg, Vitamin C 50mg, Zinc 10mg.I would be happy to continue taking the pills for the B and C Vitamins and Zinc alone, with any benefit to hair/skin an added bonus. I do, however, find them to be on the expensive side and would be unlikely to purchase at full price.

After taking these vitamins not only I but others around me have noticed changes to my hair, skin and nails. My hair initially went through a phase of being very static for about 5 days however after this it appeared thicker and very shiney which many of my family and workmates commented on. As a health care worker I wash my hands regularly which causes my nails to break very easily however they appear stronger and have become longer since taking the vitamins. My skin has been really prone to breakouts due to constant mask wearing at work and again this seems to have cleared up leaving my skin feeling soft and hydrated. The tablets are quite big but I found them easy enough to swallow with water and I just made taking them part of my morning routine. I feel more confident about my general appearance since taking these vitamins and Im happy to go out without make up since noticing the effects.

I was in 2 minds whether or not to buy these, but thought I'd give them a try anyway. I am glad that I did! Although I've only been using them for a couple of weeks, my nails which have always been very weak, and tear easily are finally starting to get stronger! My hair also appears to have a new shine to it and I have noticed that less hair is coming out when I brush it! Hooray! I've not seen too much difference in my skin yet, but I'd like to think that my fine lines are getting finer! The only reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 stars is the packaging. It is very difficult to read the print on the container as it is on a clear label with very small text. Also, the packaging looks very plasticky and cheap and is probably not as eco-friendly as I would like.

I wanted to try this product because my hair is fairly thin and I wanted to make it stronger and give it more volume. I like that these tablets have a high level of biotin which I know helps with hair and nail growth. They also contain other immune boosting ingredients such as zinc and vitamin C which are likely to help my health overall. I really like that the product is vegan and contains ingredients to encourage your body to make it's own collagen to help your skin. I've been using this product for 3 weeks now and really do think it has made a difference. My nails feel much stronger and haven't been breaking even though I've been doing hard manual work outside. It's too early to tell if my hair has more volume but it certainly seems to be growing quickly.The instructions for taking the product could be clearer as on this page it says that they should be taken in the evening whereas on the bottle it says to take them in the morning with a meal. I doubt it makes too much difference though!Overall, I think this product is on the expensive side as it is only enough tablets for 30 days but as it seems to work then that makes it more worth it and as this has helped my skin, nails and hair I think it's value for money.* Please note that I have been rewarded for trying the product and leaving an honest and unbiased review.

I am trying this product for the first time. The Beauty Pill arrived promptly; I was a bit disappointed that the pills are not in a darker container as this protects the ingredients from sunlight and normally a high-quality pill would come in a dark plastic or glass - these arrived in clear transparent and although it is good to be able to see the product - as I described it is not good for storing.The pills themselves are normal capsule size and easy to swallow with water. You take a couple a day with your breakfast. The general mix of ingredients contained in the pill seems to be of high quality. I have to try them for about 15 days and I report that my hair feels and looks softer and that my nails also appear to be less brittle. As of yet, I haven't noticed any particular changes to my skin.
