Overview: I've ordered this 90-degree adapter for my mobile detailing 50-foot vacuum reel. It's used on a jumper hose. The smaller end fits into a standard shop vacuum port, and my jumper hose connects over the larger side—no issues in sizing or craftsmanship. I haven't done the exact measurement, but it serves me well.Additional notes: Make sure to push the connection together tightly. I'm using this to help route some hoses between my Rigid vac, an Oneida Dust Deputy, and my power tools. It connects securely to anything that is meant to accept the end of a 2.5-inch vac hose.

got this for my 16gal Ridgid shop vac and its just what I needed. it fits snuggly and doesn't slip off. works with the 2-1/2" hose ends. Makes hose management much better since the hose doesn't stick out straight from the vac.

My sliding miter saw is on a shelf and has the dust collection port on the back, and I wasn't able slide it all the way forward without pinching the 2.5" dust collection line running to my shop vac. This elbow fixed the problem. It works great and was delivered quickly; gave it 4 stars because the price is high for a plastic elbow. As some of you may know, this type of "street elbow" for a 2.5" vacuum line is very hard to find, which explains the high price. Most of the 2.5" elbows available on Amazon or elsewhere are not street elbows, so they won't work for a situation like mine.

I used this as a air intake for an old car. I dont have to worry about it failing, It's that good of material.

I have been looking for a 90 degree elbow to fit into the fence of my Incra-Jig router table, and until I received this, none would fit into the hose mount at the end of the router table. The elbows I could find were the same size as the hose mount, and there was no room for an external coupler. I previously was forced to have the 2 1/2" hose on the outside of the mount on the fence, and it stuck out enough that the stock being routed would brush against the hose when the stock went past the edge of the fence.I was sharing the 90 degree elbow from my Dust Deputy, between the router table fence and the Dust Deputy. Now that I have two, I can leave an elbow on each machine.I am very pleased.

Purchased to make it easier to direct flow from my Rockler hose reel to my shop vac. Worked perfectly!

Used on a DeWalt job-site table saw (in my garage) to divert the sawdust. Fits the hose to my 5hp Ridgid shop-vac perfectly.
