Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus Obliq K3 Wallet Case Cover - Brown/Black Gray

It says on the headline that it is Italian leather. This is wrong. It is synthetic leather. It even tries to lie on the case itself saying it is "handmade Italian leather" asking for a refund because I'm not paying that for fake leather. Not disputing that it is a nice case but it's not what it says it is

Lovely case, well made but no latch to keep itshut. So if u dropped it, its likely not to protect the screen at all

For a phone case in the $20 range, I expect it to not be poorly constructed or made of cheap materials, and this case looks decent in those regards. I wouldn't call it high-end, but initial impression is that it seems to be good value. The leather feels good, the stitching appears good, and the inner cage holds the phone securely and will certainly be much more durable than some previous cases with a harder plastic that just cracks and breaks away. My only early quibble is that it won't close very well on its own, especially with a couple of cards in the provided slots. I'm hoping that the leather will loosen up a bit with age to help with this, but even that won't help if several cards are stored. So, if you typically store three or four cards in your case, I might hesitate on this, otherwise it gets my recommendation.

I just got this today. The stitching is not perfect, but it looks exactly like the picture. This thing *really* protects the S9 from all sides and looks quite classy, but there is no strap or mechanism to keep the case shut if you put it in a bag or your pockets... It's basically a full normal case, that really protects the phone and has buttons on the phone's buttons, glued to a leather case. That adds quite a lot of thickness to the phone. The blue on the back (it's beige on the front) here is really striking.It seems to work fine with the Samsung 2018 wireless charger I got with the S9, but it doesn't work my older charger. The case is just too thick. I think with my 2018 charger was having some trouble, too, and worked a lot for quick charging.I ended up switching to the Spygen Wallet S, case, which is much thinner and has a magnetic strap to keep the case shut. Although it's all black, it does have a lot of class. The Wallet S's inner plastic case doesn't protect the buttons and the corners of the phone as well as this one, though.
