The case is quite nice except for the front glass cover does not cover the whole front of the phone. The cover is about a millimeter shy of covering the face of the phone.I bought this case because my prior One Plus 8 liked to slide and broke easily. Fortunately, I had insurance, so it was replaced. This upgrade got a case. The case is slide resistant so the phone stays in place when it rings

Love this and I can put a photo between phone and case in the back plus can change it out.

I dropped my phone and the glass protector did what it was supposed to do, it protected the phone. The company includes a lifetime warranty. I contacted them and they asked for a picture of the damaged protector and my order number. Then within a week, I had a complete new box delivered. Not just a replacement screen, but 2 new protectors and even a new clear case. It doesn't get any better than that...the current price is even reduced from when I bought in April. I will definitely seek this company out when I get my next phone!

This product came with everything standard. A case, two screen protectors, and screen protector application tools.The case itself looks great. It has a slight texture and doesn't add bulkiness to the phone. The fit could be better. I notice that there is a very slight bulge around the volume rocker, and a similar (but smaller) one around the power button. You can push it in to "make" it fit, but it'll pop back out.Screen protectors left much to be desired. There is no cutout for the front facing camera (unlike the screen protector the oneplus 9 already comes with); and it doesn't fit the screen. I want all of the screen real estate to be covered, but the alignment is off no matter how you apply it.

For the price and the bundle, this is a pretty good value. the clear case looks nice and pretty much a standard soft case thats very slim and doesnt add too much to the phone. The screen protector doesnt really get close to the edges and seems to be slightly small but it doesnt really affect the usability so cant complain too much there. The case itself isn't snug where the volume buttons and power button are so it bulges out slightly in those areas. would be nice if they were snug so that the case doesnt have these odd spots where it "flexes" out. still give it a 4 (would've been a 3.5 if possible) as it doesnt affect usability much.

Ordered this case to replace a different one. This case has the same flaws as the other one. It does not allow the charging cable to be plugged in all the way. At least you can charge the phone without removing the case, but the plug will not seat completely.I have removed many times, and installed in 6 different methods, with the same result.Could it be that there are two different sizes of OnePlus 9 phones?

Case fits well and allows the color of the phone to be seen. The screen protector works well. Phone fell and the tempered glass along with the case absorbed the impact. Buttons for volume and power all work as they should.
