Stylish, well engineered, and space-saving.
This bin fits perfectly in the narrow gap left behind after downsizing from an American-style fridge to a more modestly proportioned one. Where the lid of my previous pedal bin annoyingly hit the underside of the counter: this one's 'butterfly' lid open fully.Impatient persons (like me) who are accustomed to the lightning reaction of a traditional foot operated bin's lid will have to make allowances for this rather more sedate pace of the simplehuman. I still find the slow-close mechanism disconcerting, but I'll get used to itThe brushed steel case looks good, and is substantial enough to resist the odd wallop without denting, though fingerprint-resistant finish is not proof against my grubby gardener's fingers. Smuts are easily removed with a damp cloth, however.The surprisingly bright blue inner bin is very sturdy and easy to remove. The hole to accept excess bin-liner material enables practically any bin liner- even the standard 50 litre black ones- to fit invisibly inside the casing.In all, I'm very happy with its looks and performance, and recommend it as a good buy.

Muy práctico y estrecho
La verdad es que estoy muy contenta con el producto por que ocupa poco espacio y es fácil de limpiar. El acero antihuellas es de verdad y simplemente hace falta que le pases un trapo húmero para limpiarlo si se te cae algo en la superfície. Algo a comentar es que además de las bolsas oficiales (que son un poco caras) encontramos unas en el carrefour para cubos altos que funcionan bastante bien (no he encontrado otras que vayan tan bien en otros supermercados)Lo único negativo que puedo comentar es que el primer cubo que me enviaron tenía varios golpes y la superficie vino mal, pero Amazon me realizó el cambio sin problemas y me llegó pocos días después uno en perfectas condiciones.
