I used these on my sister who naturally had a level 5 base (virgin hair) and I brought it up to a level 9 in ONE process. Her hair wasn't over processed at all and who doesn't love sparkly foils?! These are great for larger areas and balayage etc. What's better is that each foil is folded in 3, therefore you can tear a large one into 3 and will be the same size as the smaller box of pop up foils. So you'd essentially get 750 smaller foils from a Big box compared to the 500 you get from the smaller normal extra wide pop up foils.
