This product was a game changer for me. I've been a proponent of L-Carnitine for over 3 decades. For some of the men I trained or coached, just adding this allowed them to drop the stubborn fat and lose the midsection pudge even when they would not change their diet.The problem became SO many people flooding the market with L-Carnitine at low strengths for high prices. Those lower strengths just won't get the job done. These do. I wish there was just more in the bottle for capsules though. I stock up when Amazon offers a special deal. This works to improve fat metabolism and thus can increase energy while shrinking fat. Thanks.

At first I was hesitant but once I tried it I haven't been without it. I first used it when I was cutting but not that I've been gaining weight it helps me stay leaner than I usually would if I didn't use it. Taking it before a workout helps you maintain constant energy and if you're into caffeine, they complement each other. I wouldn't recommend taking too much before bed as you might not be able to sleep. Also for the guys, if you weren't aware L-Carnitine helps with low libido and helps recover after sex, just make sure to also take zinc as thats the most important mineral lost after ejaculation.

I love this product! It's so natural and the ingredients are not a detriment to the body. No gitter or weird after effect. I drink it 1hr before I hit the gym and it appplifies my own energy allowing me to workout to the max. The only thing is that it is a bit too hard to swallow even though the capsules are small. Perhaps it's just the outer shell material it is made with, which sticks easily to the walls of you throat making it difficult to go down. Or it could be just me too. Lol. Anywho, I will recommend it!

I don't get a "huge burst" of energy with this product but I get a great long lasting energy. I can have an extended workout and not drag the entire time. It really does curb my appetite without any bad side effects. Also, I always remember to take the pills because you take it right before your workout. For the price its definitely worth a try!

Hard to tell if this product truly works granted I am taking other medications and their side effects are to gain weight. I think it helps to maintain the weight you're at more than anything. I take 3 tablets a day.
