Muay Thai Banana Heavy Bag - Filled

Since the gyms were shut down during the pandemic there was no way I wasn't going to train. I built my own backyard gym. The bag is holding up well. I'm 200lbs and have been training for forty years.Is the same as the bags I use at the gym. I did have to cut down chain to get it off the ground. The chain is pretty long. Probably need at least an 8ft ceiling to hang it from i only built my frame to 7'6" since I couldn't find specs i guessed.

There was no review for this bag anywhere. I gambled and bought it. So here it goes. Im happy. I am 6ft 230 lbs built with some body fat. I am no expert or professional fighter. This was solely a purchase for conditioning. This thing does take a nice hit. I will say, this is for beginners and intermediate fighters. I have trained in an MMA gym with high quality bags and i do know the difference now between premium bags and beginner bags. But for the price of this bag, i am very happy with this purchase. Yes i do worry about the stitching along both sides of the bag. It is heavy vinyl. I have put my full weight into a punch and it kinda sunk in. But I think the packing of the bag needs to settle in. Came with chains on a swivel and hook. It is not 6ft long. It is 5ft 8inches long. I would recommend this bag if you're starting out, progressing in your training or just need a new way to do HIIT training.

Great for the value, shipped on time and was filled. Hard to find a filled bag at this price and the quality was exceptional.

Comes ready to hang in a 12-14’ space but I made it work in my 8’ unfinished basement. Great bag if you have the space for it....worth buying just to see them struggle on the walk up...dummy to demonstrate how mine was delivered.

THESE BAGS ARE NOT GYM QUALITY! We had them for less than 60 days and out of the four we purchased two of them have ripped the bottom latch off the bag. We reached out to the supplier and were told that we should have used a bungee cord to strap to the ground. However, it did not come with instructions stating that, and the Everlast bags we replaced never needed anything but the setup we used on these. Disappointing now I will need to resolve this with Amazon.

If you're looking for a good 100lb bag this is an excellent option. However, I had changed my mind within the first day of purchase and tried reaching out to the er to let them know that I didn't need it. I received the bag within 2 days with no response. Turns out the location that shipped it is actually in the same state as myself so I would have hoped for a prompt reply it nothing came back. Again, it's an excellent bag for the price but the lack of response is concerning.
