This worked well for 6 months then the case stop taking charge, tried different cables and tested the cables directly with phones.Update: The seller has reached out to me and is working with me to get the item replaced. Great customer service!

Update: This thing has held up rather well. Still taking & holding a charge. Been a lifesaver a few times. Have taken it out and put back in numerous times with no issues, being very cautious of following the instructions of maintaining a max angle, which is plenty to get it in/out. Everything that they claim in the posting seems to be accurate. Mind the details….screen protector is a must and cannot use wired headphone adapters that I have tried. Bang for the buck, 4.5 stars. 1/2 star deduction for the lack of extra edging to help protect the screen.Original post: Will update later once I can see how it holds up but for now……..Phone and case charge at the same time. No wireless charging. Took about 5 hours to charge case from 1/2 to full and phone from 53 to 100. Belkin lightning adapter for wired headphones does not work (iPhone SE 2020 has no headphone Jack). Offers no screen protection, there is no lip around edge so if you lay it face down it is totally on the screen. Heavy & thick, Triples the thickness of iPhone SE 2020, but to be expected. Relearning how to hold the phone and type. More to follow one I see how it holds up.

Slim feel..fits charging insert fineUpdate..charger was working erratically..not holding a charge. I contacted the company. They were very responsive, and responsible. Without having to return the defective case, they promptly sent out another case. Big difference, took full charge, and I am using this case now even as I’m texting this.5 STARS for their customer service!

The little metal charging stub that inserts into the bottom of the phone broke off inside the phone. It broke about halfway up the stub, so the remaining half that was lodged in the phone was in there quite deep and consequently, it was not possible to get it out (tried the techniques suggested on multiple YouTube videos). Took it to a repair shop and they had to replace the entire port.In balance, I was taking my phone in and out of the case on a regular basis. Used it when I needed power for longer periods of time, but did not like carrying around the larger case all the time. So, the case is clearly not well suited for frequent removals and reinsertions of a phone. However, if you plan to insert your phone and keep it in this case then it may work okay for you.

this is my 3rd battery case from Amazon. the first two were BOPPS brand. 1st one lasted over 9 months. 2nd one gave me almost 2 years. can't remember why i went with BAHOND this time... either i didn't see BOPPS or wanted to save a couple dollars or just wanted to see if BAHOND would last longer. well it didn't. Haven't even had it a month and battery case cable port is completely loose and case won't charge anymore. still within Amazon return period so i don't even have to mess with company although other reviews say their customer service is pretty good. back to BOPPS

I’ve been using this case for 6mths. I bought it last fall to use on a trip. However, it saved me so much hassle during my trip I never took it off my phone! I charge my phone and my case every night (separate cords of course) and they last me all day! It has kept me from having to get a new phone! I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

Love the case but the charging port is now loose and it doesn’t charge with any charger. It falls out to easily. However they were able to fix the issue!!

I had a Mophie battery case for my iPhone 6s which worked great but eventually died. Unfortunately that case is no longer available.This one works ALMOST as well, but is a lot cheaper than Mophie cases. So if I want my case and phone to charge I have to take the phone out of the case which is annoying. My case does not charge my phone while it is charging.You press the button on the back of the case to start charging you phone from the case, but once the phone fully charges from the case the charging stops and the phone will not start charging again unless you press the button. Rather than simply keeping the phone charged fully until the case runs out of juice. This may actually be better for the phone battery, but requires a little more attention from the user.
