I really struggle to swallow pills but these go down nicely. I feel like my colds are less frequent as zinc is suppose to build your immune system. Also really like the design of the bottle which is made out of glass and eco friendly.

I came here after listening to a Joe Rogan podcast about the benefits of Quercetin and Zinc. I’ve been taking the Your Fitness Tools Zinc Citrate along with their Quercetin Complex supplement to support my immune system. I found these to be the best value for their strength. The capsules are nice and small and are easy to swallow and the other health benefits have been noticeable too. I love that they they opt for a glass jar instead of using plastic in any of their packaging!

Great product. Take this along with other vitamins since giving up meat as it helps with hair, skin and nails as well as being good for the immune system. Bought this through lockdown as I couldn't get to shops and really impressed with the packaging, it looks smart and good to see a smaller business with an eye on sustainability. Price is also a bit cheaper than H&B and 5mg more per capsule 👍

Since taking this product I have noticed a big improvement in my sleep which is great as I was struggling to get a good night sleep. I bought it to keep my immune system healthy I’m very pleased with the quality and price of this zinc tablets will buy again!

These tablets are great for preventing colds and keeping you in good health generally. The 30mg dosage is perfect because you only need to take 1 a day so each glass jar will last you 120 days! It's also the best value for money when you compare the dosages Vs others on Amazon. Great quality so I highly recommend.

I purchased this Zinc along with another product (Quercetin) from Your Fitness Tools, and again it is a great quality product. All the packaging is environmentally friendly. I will be purchasing again and would highly recommend this product and company

I like the 'Your Fitness Tools' brand. These are a a good quality vitamin and they come in a cardboard box with a leaflet showing other vitamins the the range.They are suitable for vegans and are designed specifially to support your immune system and can be used to help to reduce inflammation. There are also supposed to be benefits for stronger nails and hair. Here is hoping on the nail front.They are made in the UK and the main ingredient is zinc citrate.They are about 2cm long and easy to take as they are capsules.There are 120 tablets in the pack and the on pack recommendation is to take between 1 a day. That means for one person they should last about four monthsThey are suitable for vegans
