Been looking for a good quality Lions Mane for a while and this ticks all the boxes. Easy to swallow, good concentration and generally fantastic.

After not taking my lions mane for a while, since running out, I switched to this brand and it feels stronger for sure. I take one in the morning and one in the evening, I reckon that's all you need.
