Fine
I've owned many Sennheiser earphones and earbuds in the past. This seemed a reasonable choice when I wanted to go bluetooth headset with a laptop. It's quite a bit more expensive than some options, but seemed the best wireless headset choice overall given hoped for quality over the typical Chinese cheapos. However, I found the sound unimpressive compared to any of my other Sennheiser headsets or earbuds. The unit sometimes just cuts out and powers off with no warning. Charge times are longer than desired. The microphone boon is too long... it's always brushing up against a collar or in the way of my mouth or blocking my sight. The microphone has worked well in general though. I've had some connection issues with the Mac which I've usually been able to reset with a power/off/on. It retains it's charge for a good amount of time, but recharge times seem a bit excessive. The one-side headset adjustment is not the best or most convenient implementation. I appreciate that it's USB-C as I get tired of flipping over micro USB connectors all the time. It has been interesting and confusing at times to deal with the dual connect bluetooth though... nice when my cell phones and auto-connects while working on a laptop and listening to music, but it's not always as hassle-free as I would have liked. You can't tell if it's powered off or powered on at any given time, you basically have to power it on or off and let it tell you vocally if it went on or off. I appreciate receiving a travel sack for it, but the headset does not fold and there is hardly any real protection from the sack, so I assume it will get crushed or broken in my backpack or laptop case at some point. Also, the sound cups do not fully encompass the ears like other Sennhiesers do as this is a lightweight unit. It means they are cooler and lighter to wear, but they do not fully block external noise and are not more comfortable than a full set of over-the-ear headsets and I found myself wishing I had my fuller Sennheisers on the plane each trip, especially considering the need to connect an external sound cable to seat-back entertainment displays. Thus far, a lot of nit-picks but I would still consider a re-purchase if/when these break, even if I feel the price was a bit steep first time around.

Glitchy headset that isn't very reliable
Purchased 2 of these headsets as recommended by my employer for use with Teams. Using with the included dongle. They don't have very good battery life, and once you get the "recharge headset" warning you only have a very short time to try to get it on charging. Oh, and you can't use it when the charging cable is connected. There's no appreciable way to tell what the charge is. If you power it off to save on battery life, it is slow to power back on and unreliable at reconnecting. It will say it reconnected but the microphone won't work or nothing works unless you pull and reboot the dongle, too. Trying to reconnect everything when you have a call coming in usually results in a missed call.

Works well
Used it a couple of times in recent weeks, did not need to charge it, so it auto power-off when not in use, which is convenient. Wish it also auto power-on when it knows I want to use it...What is strange it that I can hear myself. Never experienced that before, and is a little 'get used to', but seems to be a feature available for gamers. Not sure if it can be disabled. And the microphone is sensitive to wind, when a fan is blowing on it, the other side can hear it. So it would be good if a small wind cap could be provided with it, which is not the case now. Would I buy again? Yes.

Just got it and my customers can hear me but I can’t hear them.
I used this product for work. My job was threatened because my headset wasn’t working

Disconnects from Bluetooth often
You get what you pay for. Not a bad option if you're on a budget, but sound quality is not great.

Truly the best Mono Wireless Headset
I've tried them all Jabra Evolve2 65, Logitech, and others, and they all had issues with connection and being comfortable. this is by far the best I've tried and solid for daily meetings.I would avoid installing the software they ask you to install, just use it once to do software updates and then remove it. also if you're mac removing it is nightmare since they leave ghost processes everywherecom.EPOS.EPOSConnect

Purpose built
It meets the need to be able to hear myself and the room around me. Adequate, not ideally comfortable.
