I sure don't recommend it!
The paper is what a comedian might call "grade triple Z". The content is interesting enough, but not to compelling for a 69-year-old with 2 college degrees. It is also much shorter than I expected. (My fault). Stick with a book from the Bathroom Reader's Institute. You will seldom go wrong with those guys.
