Letts GCSE 9-1 Revision Success – GCSE Biology In a Week Paperback – June 1, 2018

I highly recommend this book to help you prepare for a GCSE Biology exam. I failed Biology years ago at school and was dreading the thought of taking it again. I retook as an adult and passed with the help of this book alongside some online apps. Obviously you don’t have to do it all in one week but I really liked the colour coded layout, little summaries and exam style questions with the answers at the back.. It helped me to learn about each topic all organised in a condensed few pages per topic and helped me pass my Biology without a tutor! Now I’ve purchased the Maths one too!! 😃👍🏼

I bought this book to help with my higher biology equivalency test. I would suggest giving yourself a week and a half/two weeks to go over this book properly. It was excellent, covered all the topics and broke them down well into easily digestible bits. Passed my test with just this!

I did my GCSE double award BIO, CHEM, PHYSICS - 10 years ago, coming out with an E, E.I needed to pass my equivalency test which was Edexcel higher Biology while moving house the same week/same day as my exam. I bought this book and focused on the topics I thought would come up. This book is well written and easy to follow. Oh and I got a grade 4 so I can now do my PGCE. Great little book.

Can't fault this series of revision guides - they provide a framework that gives both the student and the parent a pathway through the turmoil and anxiety of cramming for exams (especially useful for those adults who have feckless, lazy offspring!).

Bought this for grandchild - they loved it. Will have to see if it helps with final result!
