This ornament was absolution gorgeous! My daughter loved it. She is an avid reader and it fit her personality beautifully. This company makes quality, beautiful and unique ornaments. They are worth every penny.

I absolutely love all of these. The only complaint I would have, would be the amount of glitter that they leave behind. Otherwise, they are always such beautiful and delicate ornaments! Each of my children get a new one, every year from St. is Nick, to represent something that they experienced over the course of the prior year. One of my favorite traditions.

It’s a great ornament!

One of my Christmas trees has nothing but Old World Christmas ornaments on it. I have 2 collections on the same tree - one for my grandson (who is 4 years old now) and one for my granddaughter who is now 2 years old. I started each collection when they were born and I will give their respective collection to each one of them one day when they have their own Christmas tree. I have an inventory list with each ornament listed by name and item number and my list denotes who gets what ornament. I leave all OWC tags on each ornament. I love that Old World provides so many choices. It gives me a chance to buy ornaments that are specific to each grandchild and things that relate to their life experiences. For example the first time I painted my granddaughter's toenails, I bought the bottle of nail polish ornament for her collection; and when we took my grandson to the circus we bought a circus related ornament for him. The memories and events will continue as they grow up and each ornament on the tree will have a special meaning for each of them. I bought numerous baby ornaments for each one of them to start the collection and now I buy ornaments any time of the year as events or things happen... i.e. first ride on an airplane, first visit to a fire station, first birthday, first fish caught, first time camping... the ideas just go on and on. And because I live in the country we have so many critters and animals that I also collect items they see at my home and all of these things will remind them of being at their grandparents home as they grew up... deer, acorn, four-wheeler, oak leaf, frog, snake, butterfly, raccoon and obviously the critters and items can go on and on. So, as they see something or experience something I look for an Old World Christmas ornament to help provide memories. Old World Christmas does retire ornaments from time to time, which means sometimes the challenge is on for me in trying to find a specific ornament. My grandchildren will always know how special they are to me and hopefully will cherish the time and thought process that has gone into this gift for them one day. Even though they are still young, they do get excited each year to see what new ornaments might be on the tree. OWC ornaments are made of glass and are fragile, but they have a lot of detail and the OWC collection just seems to grow. I recommend the ornaments!

As I was ordering ornaments as Christmas gifts that relate to the person getting them, I thought, “I want one also!” Since I love to read and I really like the library I made out of our dining room, I ordered this stack of books ornament for myself. You absolutely can’t go wrong with an “ Old Fashioned” ornament. When the lights hit the ornaments, your tree will definitely glisten! So enjoy and it’s easy to pick an ornament for any one!

The ornament is great but I am not able to have one delivered that is not broken. I am going to try ordering it somewhere else because I really like the ornament.

Exactly as advertised and what we were looking for

My son ( 4) picked out this bus at the christmas store in banff, we got home and talked about how it wasnt a toy as it was glass. 10 minutes later it was smashed. We then asked santa if he could fix it. Cue me finding it for $20 dollars more on here. Price was a little extreme with shipping but I have never seen my child so happy as when he opened his bus up from Santa. 100% worth it!

This Christmas ornament is even more lovely than it looked online. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition because it had been packed so well.
