Quality superb
I love the Ugreen brand you will see the premium quality of each product. This one works perfectly, it will do its job, from extra USB ports to up to 4k screens perfectly. the only downside is when you use the PD power you will feel some heat in the unit but since it's made of aluminum "I think" the heat disperses equally in the unit avoiding overheating it, unlike other brands which are made of plastic only.

Pros: works with my samsung note 8. Dex gets activated. Looks premium and the price is great.Cons: becomes hot while in use. I think 4k doesn't work.

It’s good and works as advertised it just becomes quite hot when using the HDMI connection other than that it’s a very good product

Extremely resistant
I needed that item as my laptop only have 2 USB ports and i needed moreI ordered it few months ago and I work in a hard environment (dusty and hot)The port is strong and I did not get any conflict. Can plug a second screen and charge my phone while I work on my computer. I highly recommend and I took another one for my son’s tablet.

Very good product
Works perfectly without any issues. Allows you to connect aditional usb devices and a second monitor to your laptop without the need to buy an expensive docking station (you have to have the usb-c thunderbolt port in your laptop). However, its usb ports will not fast charge your mobile.

USB C port not workingUSB A ports work only if there are not power hungry, if a bit of power is required (like a MIDI connection) the hub does not work and you need to plug it in directly to laptopdoes not deliver 100 W power, its false

Does More than you think
You can do the following:- Connect your mobile device to any display- Charge your device while connected to display.- Add a wireless keyboard/mouse to access your device from a distance.- Use the other USB for a flash drive or anything else.Looks pretty, is small and has functions as intended.
