Sticks to your teeth
It does reduce my heartburn but it sticks to your teeth really bad. Takes a while to get it out after chewing them up.

Very hard to swallow
This was recommended by an otolaryngologist. It may work, but you have to be persistent and keep chewing with lots of water to get it down!
